We respect privacy just as much as you do, so we always recommend that you back up and erase your personal data before shipping the devices to us. However this is not always possible, you know with the extra hassle or the device is not working enough to do so. We will leave the device exactly how we find it and none of this will be erased or changed in any way. Should we need to complete a software flash we will contact you prior to obtain permission to do so.
